Stephen Vlachos
– Steve has had a long career with proven experience as an entrepreneur. As
the founder and owner of several businesses, along with an earlier corporate management
background, Steve has a combination of business management experience and the knowledge
of what it takes to start, operate, grow and sell a successful business. He has
been on both sides of the negotiating table. He understands the concerns of both
business sellers and business buyers, and has a deep understanding of the sweat
equity required to develop and grow a business, as well as the emotional impact
of selling a business. In the six years prior to the formation of CVG Steve was,
by far, the most successful associate affiliated with a regional firm that specialized
in business sale transactions.

Gregory Caswell
- Greg has many years of experience in banking, business consulting and mergers
and acquisitions, and a successful turnaround background, including as CEO of a
troubled, publicly traded bank. He has the financial acumen and banking experience
to help determine if a business’ value is financially sound and bankable.
He frequently guides buyers through the financing process related to business acquisitions.
In addition, Greg’s 25 years in the banking community provide him with a network
of resources to help facilitate and finance business sale transactions. Together
with Steve, in the years prior to forming CVG their business sale success rate easily
exceeded that of any other two associates with their prior firm.
