The Caswell Vlachos Group is constantly talking with business owners who are
considering the sale of their businesses and prospective buyers, including individuals, private equity groups and corporate buyers, which are seeking new businesses or strategic acquisitions. Sometimes these informal discussions result in an expedited sale transaction. Current discussions underway:

• Potential Selling Opportunity - Wood Products Manufacturer(s). An investment group with whom CVG has a long-standing relationship is seeking to add additional products and possibly manufacturing capability to its current operations.
• Potential Selling Opportunity - As a result of its extensive work in the building materials industry, CVG is in constant in contact with prospective buyers (as well as sellers) of lumberyards seeking opportunities in the Northeast. CVG is currently working with three prospective buyers seeking value-oriented opportunities.
• Potential Selling Opportunity - CVG has established working relationships with two private equity groups seeking manufacturing operations with $10-$20 million in revenue, with significant growth potential.
• Potential Buying Opportunity - Multi-location Lumberyards - CVG is
  currently completing valuations for the owners of two separate, multi-location, New England-based lumberyards, with the possibility CVG will be bringing these businesses to market. One is in relatively rural markets; the other is located in a much more urban setting.
