CVG only represents sellers and as part of our obligation to our clients we work extensively to gain a sound understanding of our client businesses, to develop effective marketing plans and, just as importantly, to engender effective working relationships with our clients. However, even though our fiduciary responsibilities are to our sellers, we often spend even more time working with prospective buyers. With each assignment that we take on we understand that our mandate is to successfully facilitate a transaction. With that mandate in mind we do everything possible to assist buyers through every phase of the process. Ultimately, it is our goal to create win/win outcomes where both sides at the closing table are pleased with the results.
